Leave the valley behind and climb into the mountains to discover another expression of viticulture in the Lima sub-region.
Between the slopes of Grade, Soajo and Mezio and the agricultural landscapes around Ponte de Lima, altitude, terrain and exposure shape the relationship between vines and landscape.
Throughout the day, we move through different wine-growing landscapes to explore how wine adapts to the conditions of each place: from the mountains to the valley, from hillside vineyards to the estates that shape the landscape of the Lima Valley.

DAY UNFOLDING
● Departure towards the mountain landscapes of Grade, Soajo and Mezio
● Exploring the relationship between altitude, terrain, exposure and viticulture
● Observing hillside vineyards and different ways of shaping and inhabiting the landscape
● Discovering another expression of wine-growing in the Lima sub-region
● Descending towards Ponte de Lima, following the changing landscape
● Lunch featuring regional cuisine
● Walk through Ponte de Lima and explore its historical relationship with wine and the territory
● Visit to a local producer, with direct contact with the vineyard and/or winery
● Guided tasting and discovery of local products
