QUICK OVERVIEW
🌿 DURATION: Approximately 7-8 hours
🍃CONTEXT: Castro Laboreiro and the heart of the Peneda-Gerês National Park, a territory of memory, frontier and continuous human presence
🌿 FOCUS: Mountain cultural landscape, traditional food practices, local stories and relationship with place
🍃TYPE OF EXPERIENCE: Experience designed for small groups (5 to 8 participants)

🌿 PHYSICAL LEVEL: Moderate - walks in rural and mountain terrain, at a pace suited to the group
DAY UNFOLDING
● Sharing practices and knowledge of local traditional cuisine
● Walk through the territory to identify aromatic herbs and medicinal plants
● Integration of body, memory and landscape along the route
● Collective preparation of a regional dish — experienced as an act of cohesion and sense of place
● Shared meal reflecting the connection between flavors, history and the Mountain
● Accompanied walk in dialogue with memory, territory and the cultural layers of the place
