Description of Experience
● This activity takes place in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, usingsome of the stages of the Great Route of Peneda Gerês (GR50), which is one of the largest walking routes in Portugal.
● Integrally in a mountainous area, it is a a route full of sensory stimuli, medieval heritage and traces of ancient rural culture.
● The aim of our walks is to inhabit the calm and silence, so that the senses can fully blossom.
● So that we can absorb the colours, the smells, the shapes, the immensity of details that escape us when the buzz of conversations condition our behaviour and attention.
● Dilution in the landscape, psychic and emotional appeasement, that's what we want.

● Semi-guided (the guide leaves the walkers at the start of the stage, takes the vehicle to where it ends and meets them)
