Description of Experience

● This activity takes place in the heart of the Peneda Gerês National Park, usingSome of the stages of the Great Route of Peneda Gerês (GR50), which is one of the largest walking routes in Portugal.

● Integrally in a mountainous area, it is a a route full of sensory stimuli, medieval heritage and traces of ancient rural culture.

● On our walks, silence and a slow pace must prevail so that the senses can be fully awake and synchronised.

● So that they can absorb the colours, the smells, the shapes, the noises, the immensity of details that escape us when the buzz of conversations and the rush to get somewhere condition our behaviour and attention.

● Dilution in the landscape, evaporation and oblivion of itself and the world outside, that's what it's all about. "The body that walks has no history, it is only a flow of immemorial life", Frédéric Gros, "Walking, A Philosophy".

● For us, the maximum suitable number is four people. We consider more than that to be a crowd, whose tendency to chat very substantially cancels out the purpose of this type of experience.
