The Lima River by Kayak — Presence, Silence, and Discovery
This is not an unlikely combination, but a natural reading of the territory, where water, landscape and wine culture form a single identity.
In the Lima Valley, wine is inseparable from history, local communities and the enduring relationship with the river — a heritage shaped over time by human perseverance and the constant presence of water.
This experience invites a sensitive approach to the territory from the river itself. Water becomes path, rhythm and viewpoint, offering a quieter and more contemplative reading of the valley, in close contact with nature.
The day includes time on the river, followed by a shared moment at the table — either a simple picnic in nature or a traditional meal prepared slowly by the fireplace, in a private setting. It concludes with a visit to a family-run winery and a guided tasting of Vinho Verde wines.
A human-scale experience, lived at the rhythm of water and place.
