Quinta da Pedra is a historic Minho estate whose roots go back to the 17th century.  It has the largest continuous vineyard of the Alvarinho variety, approximately 43 hectares.
The new and impressive winery is equipped with the most modern winemaking technology. It also has a sophisticated distillery dedicated to Alvarinho and Loureiro spirits.

In 2023 the Fladgate Partnership Group, a holding company with businesses in Port wine, tourism and distribution,  bought Ideal Drinks, owner of the  Quinta da Pedra.  With the aim of giving new horizons to the exquisite wines produced there. It is located in Longos Vales, Monção.
