Description of Experience

● This experience combines immersion in nature and wine tasting, two of the main features of in the Vinho Verde region.

● We're in the Lima sub-region and invite you to come walk with us and discover the village of Sistelo, National Monument, Cultural Landscape and World Biosphere Reserve. A place out of time, a well-kept secret, in the remote hinterland of this region.

● Come and get to know the history and cultural particularities of this unique village, where in the past was practiced what we could call heroic subsistence agriculture. And where we'll taste the more rustic version of Vinho Verde, that produced by farmers for their own consumption. After the walk we'll have a lunch in a local restaurant.

● Later we'll go to the vicinity of Ponte de Lima, capital of the sub-region, a precious jewel almost millennial, to discover the passionate project Aphros Wine developed by Vasco Croft. Then there will be a regional lunch / tradition in restaurant. Contact with the more rustic version of Vinho Verde, produced by farmers for their own consumption. by farmers for their own consumption. 

● And then we'll continue on to Monção, through  of And then we will go to Monção, through the lush rural landscape of the county, which turns out to be a summary of the Vinhos Verdes region. We will pass through Merufe, Tangil and other parishes and end the day in a representative wine farm with a visit and tasting of green wine in its most refined version. and we'll finish the day at a representative wine estate, with a visit and tasting of the finest vinho verde.
