However, here and there, the old forgotten grape varieties are beginning to be reborn, which is only to the advantage of the territory: it gives it versatility and honours the past.

The properties are markedly family-run, lacy and small.  Roots buried deep in time are everything here. There is no innovation, indispensable without any discussion, without the expression and mark of continuity.
