Description of Experience

● A programme to discover traditional flavours in one of the most emblematic places in the Minho Highlands: Castro Laboreiro. 

● It's provided by Just Natur and lasts a whole morning

● It includes explanations of traditional cooking processes and the peculiarities of Castro's culture

● In addition to this, there is a short walk to learn about aromatic and medicinal plants (depending on the time of year there is also the possibility of collecting some ingredients).

● And the resulting culinary workshop that culminates around the table

● Meals always include a starter, main course, dessert and drinks.

● The menu is adjusted to the time of year in order to include what nature has to offer at any given time.

● It can be done outdoors or indoors depending on the weather conditions.
